Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it depends on the product. Printed tees and hoodies start at 25. Each product shows its minimum on its order page, and pricing is tiered, so the more you order, the less you pay per item.
Can I mix tees and hoodies to reach the minimum?
Yes. For digitally printed tees, hoodies and jumpers, every garment in your order counts toward the 25 minimum and the price tier, even across different designs. So 15 hoodies and 10 tees is a 25 piece order.
How does payment and invoicing work?
Nothing is charged when you place an order. We send you a proof, and once you approve it we invoice your business. Put everything for the crew in one order and it all comes through on one invoice. Invoice questions go to info@luckyinger.com.au
How long does it take?
About 2 to 3 weeks from proof approval to delivery.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) print the sharpest. A PNG or JPG works too, the bigger the better. If all you have is a photo of the truck or an old shirt, send it anyway and we'll let you know what we need.
Can you design it for us?
Yes. Send your logo or truck photos through Request artwork and we'll design it and send you a proof. For caps, beanies, bucket and straw hats, stubby coolers and footy shorts, you can also start the design yourself in the Product Builder.
How do reorders work?
Ask us for a client portal. Your products and designs are saved there, so a reorder is just picking sizes and quantities. Email info@luckyinger.com.au and we'll set it up. Already have one? Log in to see your range.
Do you do kids sizes?
Yes, hoodies and tees come in adults and kids.
